The Trendz Manufacturer's Warranty

The Trendz proudly offers a 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty on all new furniture purchased from us. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship and our commitment to providing you with enduring comfort, reliability, and peace of mind. Please keep in mind the The Trendz Quality Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only (sorry, it’s not transferrable) and for products used for reasonable domestic purposes. It excludes products used for commercial reasons.
Our warranty covers the following:
  1. Structural defects in frames and overall construction
  2. Manufacturing faults in materials, including fabrics, leathers, foam, and fillings
  3. Defects in mechanisms, hinges, and hardware components

What Is Not Covered
  1. Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, and stretching of fabrics
  2. Damage caused by improper use, misuse, neglect, transportation, or accidental damage
  3. Natural variations in materials, including slight colour differences in wood or leather
  4. Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions such as excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight
  5. Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorised parties
  6. Commercial or institutional use of products designed for residential purposes
  7. Damages caused by Act of God
